Introduction
This tutorial covers the options available in the Content Area Settings >Blockquotes option panel.
For a general overview of the Content Area block read the Content Area Settings Overview.
The Blockquotes option panel is accessed through the Content Area Settings options area (click the
button to access):

It contains 3 dedicated options panels, summarized as follows:
- Background. Set the color to apply to c.
- Border. Set the border color to apply to blockquotes.
- Text & Links. Set the default font and font size to apply to blockquote text, set blockquote text colors, link colors, and link hover colors.
Background
Click the Content Area Settings > Blockquotes > Background bar:

1. Select a Blockquote background color using the Color Picker Tool.
2. Click
to apply the change in the ThemeStarta preview.
3. Click
to apply your changes to your live WordPress theme.
Border
Click the Content Area Settings > Blockquotes > Border bar:

1. Select a Blockquote border color using the Color Picker Tool.
Note: ThemeStarta automatically applies a 1 pixel border size.
2. Click
to apply the change in the ThemeStarta preview.
3. Click
to apply your changes to your live WordPress theme.
Text & Links
Click the Content Area Settings > Blockquotes > Text & Links bar:

1. Click the
button to select a Blockquote font. For more information on choosing fonts, visit the Using Google Web Fonts tutorial.
2. In the Blockquote text size field, type a value in pixels to set the size of text appearing in the blockquote area.
3. Use the relevant Color Picker Tool to set your Blockquote text color, Blockquote link color, and Blockquote hover color. The color settings you choose here will apply to all text, links and hover states in the blockquote area.
4. Click
to apply the change in the ThemeStarta preview.
5. Click
to apply your changes to your live WordPress theme.
