Creating Ads
To create a new AdStacka ad, in your WordPress Admin Dashboard click AdStacka Ads > Add New.
There are two ways to create ads. You can:
1. Upload your own banner image and apply your own target URL
To upload your own banner click [Choose File] to the right of the field labelled “Upload Your Own Banner Image” and select your image file from your computer.
After selecting the file, click [Close] and then save or update to upload the file.
Paste the URL you want clicks on this banner to go to in the field labelled “Target URL”
2. OR Paste in complete ad code, such as banner code provided to you by a third party.
Copy your complete ad code and paste it into the large field labelled “Banner Code”
Add to an Ad Stack
Ad Stacks are groups of Ads you can display in various locations of your site through AdStacka widgets. You can add any number of ads to an Ad Stack.
Once you have uploaded your banner or pasted in your code, add your banner to an Ad Stack by clicking the +Add New Ad Stack at the bottom of the box labelled “Ad Stacks” and creating a new Ad Stack. Alternatively, check the box next to an Ad Stack you have already created.
Displaying Ad Stacks
Ads are displayed via AdStacka Widgets. Under Appearance > Widgets in your WordPress Admin Dashboard drag an “AdStacka Widget” to any of your available widget locations.
Inside the widget settings, select the Ad Stack you wish to display from the dropdown list labelled “Ad Stack”. The widget will then display every ad in that AdStack.
You also have the ability to specify the amount of space to the right and the bottom between each ad, and the top and left offset, i.e. the amount of space to the top and left of the entire Ad Stack display.
These spacing settings allow you arrange Ad Stacks to suit any size banners and any available location on your site.
